The atmosphere was electric, especially at the party pool where Julio always remembered my drink preferences! Plus, the food at Spoon was expertly prepared. It was like having a personal chef at my service.

Not exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for in a place like this.

We had a solid time enjoying the awesome beach views. The pool DJ was lit, and we loved the hamburgers at the poolside snack bar! The staff really had our back with my dietary needs too. Just a heads up, the food could use some work, especially at the Italian place. Oh, and the beach had a seaweed problem.

we had an awesome time enjoying the stunning breakfast buffet and the amazing pool, and we loved how close we were to snorkeling adventures just a short walk away and the beautiful Bahia Petempich beach only a bit further.

My stay was incredibly disappointing. I booked a Seaview room for our honeymoon, but upon arrival, they claimed none were available. Instead, we were placed in a ground-level room that felt more like a party zone than a romantic escape, with loud music blaring from the main pool all day and no privacy whatsoever. To make things worse, I was promised a room to freshen up before our departure, only to find out at checkout that no such arrangement was made.

We had such a fantastic time at the themed pool parties and trying all the food options. The nightclub was a blast!

Enjoying some spa treatments was a nice touch. The room was modern and comfortable, making it a perfect getaway spot. I wish there were more seating options by the pool, but overall, an amazing experience! 🌴

I booked a honeymoon suite expecting a seaview but got a room overlooking a noisy party pool instead. The music blared every day from 1-6 PM, making it impossible to relax. While they did leave a bottle of champagne for our celebration, it wasn't even chilled properly. I had issues at checkout when I was promised a late room for a shower before leaving, but no room was available. The service around the pools felt understaffed at times, causing long waits for food and drinks. On the plus side, the Mexican restaurant was enjoyable, and the staff did try to help when they could.

my stay was so romantic and memorable at this resort. the ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the service was incredibly attentive. we loved the themed parties and delicious food options that truly exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in puerto morelos.

The shower and room could be cleaner!!! No private pool access instead of a shared river-like pool!!! Lack of towels and sunbeds creates frustrating pool experiences!!! Communication errors lead to disappointing honeymoon surprises!!!

During my weekend visit, the Xhale section offered a luxurious and quiet experience with excellent amenities. The pool area was particularly delightful, providing a serene atmosphere. Dining was enjoyable, especially at the Italian restaurant where the Eggs Benedict stood out. The beach was beautiful, although beach chairs are positioned slightly elevated from the sand. Despite minor inconveniences, such as the layout of beach chairs and a vibrant crowd in some areas, the attentive staff made the stay memorable.
